Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, work email, phone number, company, industry, approximate call volume, primary challenge, and optional message. It records your permission to respond and a request reference to prevent accidental duplicates. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
How inquiries are used
When you submit an inquiry, your details are sent directly to Web3Forms to deliver an email to info@echoria.ai. Echoria uses these details to respond and follow up on your request. Your email address is included as the Reply-To address. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy for information about that service.
Storage and access
New inquiries are handled through Web3Forms and Echoria’s email account. Previously saved inquiries remain in Cloudflare-hosted application storage through Sites, accessible only through the protected owner inbox. There is no public endpoint to list those records. A production retention schedule has not yet been approved; contact info@echoria.ai with questions or deletion requests.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, the site records page paths and interaction events such as demo starts, feature selections, calculator use, and completed inquiries. These events do not include the contents of your inquiry form. No advertising tracker is included. You can change your choice using the privacy preferences below.
Essential browser storage and abuse prevention
Local browser storage remembers your privacy choice. Session storage keeps a request reference and hashes of confirmed submissions to help prevent accidental duplicates; it does not store the text of your form responses. The form also uses a hidden spam-detection field. Optional analytics requests use server-side rate limits with time-limited hashed identifiers.
Website interactions
This website does not access your microphone, make telephone calls, or collect voice recordings. The workflow and capability examples use illustrative information. To arrange a personal demonstration, submit an inquiry through the contact form.
